Craig graduated with High Honors from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in biochemistry. He received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. During his career, he has been in private practice as well as a corporate and government attorney.
Craig started his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable James Turk, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia in Roanoke. He practiced civil litigation for a law firm in Charleston, West Virginia, and then was with the Securities and Exchange Commission for twelve years. He spent time as General Counsel to two companies in the Front Range and has been in private practice since 2008. He also has been a Special Assistant United States Attorney.
Craig practices in the areas of:
- criminal defense;
- business law, including contract drafting and review, business formation and development;
- commercial and civil litigation;
- construction law; and
- real estate law and litigation
Craig is licensed to practice law in Colorado and West Virginia (inactive).
Craig is a member of the National Trial Lawyers, the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Douglas/Elbert Bar Association.
Craig is an avid cyclist. He likes to ride centuries and double centuries. He has ridden the Triple Bypass (Evergreen to Eagle-Vail) numerous times, Seattle to Portland, and LoTOJa (Logan, Utah to Jackson Hole, WY).

Originally from Illinois, Gayle graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri – Columbia and received her law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in Virginia in 1980. She has been a Colorado attorney since 1993.
Her practice has covered a wide range of areas including family law, civil rights matters, regulatory and administrative law, school issues, employment, and other business matters. She has practiced in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Gayle was a senior trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and an assistant attorney general in West Virginia and Colorado. She has represented and guided Colorado regulatory boards such as the state mental health boards, the nursing board, and the nursing home administrator board, as well as private, nonprofit boards. She was a founder of a Douglas County charter school and a nonprofit preschool in Parker.
With her varied and extensive experience, Gayle is prepared to assist clients in many ways. She has been both an attorney and an administrator, so she can help clients plan ahead to avoid legal issues as well as represent clients after legal issues arise.
Gayle practices in the following areas:

- Family law, including guardianship, parenting rights, grandparent rights, pre-and post-dissolution matters
