Client charged with three separate cases of felony strangulation. All three cases dismissed before jury trial.
Client found not guilty of unlawful sexual contact after jury trial
Client charged with sexual assault - possible 8 year indeterminate sentence. Client pled to misdemeanor and received 60 day sentence and 5 years probation
Third DUI and two felony charges - both felonies dismissed and client pled to second DUI; received 10 days work release followed by 60 days electronic home monitoring
DUI and weaving - both charges dropped after suppression hearing. Client pled to lesser charge
Second DUI within 5 years – no jail time -sentenced to 30 days electronic home monitoring and two years’ probation
Driver’s license revocation for alcohol - dismissed at hearing
Felony menacing – deferred judgment/sentence to a lesser charge
Revocation of probation on third-degree assault and felony menacing (district court) and violation of protection order (county court) – two years’ probation (district court) and time served (county court)
Harassment, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief – dismissed at hearing
Careless driving causing bodily injury – pled to defective vehicle
Careless driving, operating an unlicensed vehicle, and failing to present proof of insurance upon request – pled to 6-month deferred judgment/sentence to careless driving
Speeding and reckless driving (118 in a 75) – pled to lesser charge, reckless driving dismissed, no jail time, fine, and 20 hours community service
Speeding 70 mph in a 35 mph zone - pled to defective vehicle
Cruelty to animals – deferred judgment/sentence
No proof of insurance and illegal window tint - insurance case dropped before trial, window tint dismissed after bench trial
Speeding in a school zone - case dismissed after bench trial
